The Universal Insurance Company Limited has informed Karachi Stock Exchange that their board meeting to be held on April 01, 2014. The agenda of the meeting is to consider the audited accounts of the company for the year ended December 31, 2013.The period starting from March 25, 2014 to April 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) has been declared to be a “Closed Period” during which directors, CEO or executives of the company are not allowed, directly or indirectly, to deal in shares of the company in any manner.
