Syed Mehboob Hussain Shah Regional Manager North Azad Kashmir IGI Vitality

Successful people don’t become that way overnight, what most people see at a glance is happiness, wealth, a great career, and purpose as a result of hard-working and hustle over time. Mr. Mehboob shah has vast experience in all functions of the business from sales marketing and operations to handling insurance matters. In response to a question, he tell me his story, he said that my full name is Syed Mehboob Hussain Shah, and I am born in Karachi. My primary education was also done in Karachi, later went to cadet college, and did intermediate from cadet college. He was fond of traveling the world and reading, so he did not join the army. Graduated from Government Commerce College Karachi and then Masters’s in Business Administration from Karachi University. After completing his education in 1998, he started his practical life as Assistant Director in Sales Department in Pakistan Steel Mills. The best products of Pakistan Steel Mills are Hot Roll and Cold Roll, which had 24 thousand dealers. Worked for it for about one and a half years. Since Steel Mills was a government institution, where there was little scope for further learning, and I wanted to learn, to do something, so I tried in 2001, I went to England, where I worked for six years. In 2006,  When my father fell ill, I returned to  Pakistan. When I came back to Karachi in 2007, the first chance I got was at EFU Allianz, then Naseem Chaudhry, a great mentor. He introduced me to Tahir Sachak, EFU Allianz office in Clifton. Here I served the corporate client of EFU Life Alliance. I joined American Life when  I got a little bit of insurance understanding. I joined as an agency executive there and got to work with Taseer Yusuf Makhdoom, an insurance genius. Had a great time with him. At that time Arif Sultan Mufti was here, I had the opportunity to learn a lot from him. Then when Dawood Family Takaful was started in 2008, I got an opportunity to launch Dawood Family Takaful in my home region North. Nasir Mehmood was the Head of Marketing, Dr. Bakht Jamal was the Underwriting Head. Ayaz Dawood Sahib, Rafiq Dawood Sahib.Our CEO was Mr. Abdul Halim Nasri Sahib, who belonged to the Malaysian. They interviewed me at length, and selected me for the North. , Mehboob Ali Shah has a major role in the development of the North Team. My entry into the field of insurance was accidental, not planned. But as I got used to spending and earning good money after returning from London, there was no job that could cover all these expenses. So insurance was the only field where you write your own check, so I  joined insurance as a career in 2007. And now it is 2022, to continue my career in the same field. If we look at insurance and takaful from a product perspective, we only serve our clients. The literal meaning of insurance and takaful is also mutual Coopration . Insurance is also where we try to minimize financial losses. Especially when the client needs it the most. An emergency situation is when one’s breadwinner is gone. If he becomes disabled, or if he is not able to work, then only the insurance people lend a helping hand. And without asking anything, they fulfill their need at that very moment. What is most important in an insurance or takaful career is your personality, speech, manners, manners, your relationship with the client. When this relationship is done, then he talks about insurance or financial plan, this is when he speaks his heart to you. Insurance has always been innovative. We always have to introduce new things to it. We have to do it for motivation, for sales, and for clients. I started my career in insurance in 2007, and head of Dawood Family Takaful. Bancassurance, Head of Group Life, Head of Alternative Business, I worked as Takaful Regional Manager in EFU, currently, I am working in IGI Vitality as Regional Manager North Azad Kashmir. He Says I see myself in the next five years as head of sales at the country level. And I am preparing for it. Insurance or takaful has only one message for the youth that we spend the expensive education we get, our parents’ profession. And when we come to the market and our real test begins, we find that there are 25,000 to 30,000 jobs in the market and we have to work hard from eight in the morning to eight or nine in night. So insurance or takaful is the only area where you can get more than that. If all insurance companies come together to build a good human resource platform, train new people, and teach new people how insurance is actually sold. How people are trained and licensed for insurance. An insurance agent is a financial consultant, who helps people when they need it, we need to train such youth. And companies need to create a good environment. Instead of breaking people, or attracting them with more money, if we work on them, teach them, and develop them, it will be beneficial for the insurance industry.
