UIG won the best achievements award

Lahore: Governor of Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has awarded United International Group (UIG) for its remarkable services in the field of insurance and banking.

UIG won the best achievements award for the year 2013 for promotion of banking and insurance in Pakistan and abroad, said a press release issued here today.

The award was accorded by Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar in a simple but impressive ceremony held at Governor House Lahore.

CEO of the United Insurance Company (UIC) Rahat Sadiq received the award on behalf of Mian Shahid, Chairman of UIG as he was abroad.

Chaudhry Sarwar lauded the leadership of Mian Shahid and the services of UIG while stressing on provision of insurance cover and banking facilities to maximum number of people.
